For those who didn't get my cryptic posting yesterday, the first one referred to the producers of the Bond series of films, originally Albert (nickname Cubby) Broccoli and now his daughter Barbara. The second one was Haddock referring to Captian Haddock of Tintin. In the film he was played by Andy Serkis (who was Gollum "my precious" in the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit films, and in the Planet of the Apes films he was Caesar).
It's Polonaise sauce made as shown. Polonaise is French for Polish and the sauce originated in Poland.
The polonaise is also a dance in Poland and has been adapted in classical music, notably by Chopin:
