Tonight is the Champion of Champions episode where 5 past winners of MasterChef return. They are Tim Anderson (2011), Ping Coombes (2014), Saliha Mahmood-Ahmed (2017), Kenny Tutt (2018) and Irini Tzortzoglou (2019).

First round is to create a comforting dish rooted in a memory for John and Gregg. They don't know that they are also cooking for Jessie Ware who apparently has a cookbook, does podcasting and is a singer,

Second round is to cook two courses from John and Gregg.

It's getting tired now. I know you're all cynics in it for a laugh but judges on judging panels are all living in million pound houses these days. On what...an opinion. How can you judge top level cuisine - you can't. Even Marcus is along for the payday. Bad news.
