Tonight starts off with the Classic Reimagined round where the four chefs come up with their version of a classic. At the end of this one of them leaves.

The other three are off to one of the world’s best restaurants, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in London. This part of the episode is similar to the equivalent episode in previous series where the three would go to a top restaurant in a different country. As with those, it starts with the top chef (Alain Ducasse) gives a masterclass to the three. They then create a dish to serve to him. That is followed by the three cooking one course for an exclusive group of selected guests. Alain Ducasse celebrates vegetables and aims for zero waste.
As always, the three go through to tomorrow's grand final.

Sadly yes , personally I’d much rather either Liam or Daniel went ….especially as they both messed up a bit on the chefs table ….but I get the feeling they will be put through regardless .
