Firstly, episode timings. This week and next week have timings as the first week so two episodes on Monday, one about 19.30 and one at 20.30, Thursday at 21.00 and Friday at 20.30,

Timings change for the semi-finals week with 3 1 hour episodes at 21.00 on Tuesday 7th December, Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th so clashing with IACGMOOH,

No news yet on timings for the finals week though there are 3 episodes so may be similar to those for the semi-finals.

Secondly tonight's episodes. First episode is the Skills Test. Marcus gets 2 of the chefs to prepare poussin, cooked and served on the bone, with braised endive and a pear and hazelnut salad. Monika gets the other 2 to make chickpea panisses with an aubergine dip. Seconds episode is the Signature Dishes round.
