Monica sets 2 of the 4 chefs a pasta challenge in which two chefs must make agnolotti (look like small ravioli) filled with burrata and sun-dried tomatoes served with a pea and mint pesto. Marcus gets the other 2 to prepare pan-fried calves liver with potato cake and walnut beurre noisette.
