Although they said that Wayne's restaurant was in Cheltenham I thought that was odd as I wasn't aware of any Cotswold stone restaurants there. His restaurant/hotel is The Old Stocks Inn which is in Stow-on-the-Wold about 20 miles from Cheltenham.

From what I have heard so far is the judges want a Steak & Kidley pie which is NOT a Steak & Kidney pie.
