How come if it only takes so little time to prepare and cook these meals do they charge so much to eat them?

A percentage of the price of the dish is for the experience of the chef. These people are artists and very experienced. After all, if you want a quality boob job you don't go to Specsavers. 

You pay bloody highly for that an all 

I know, my colleague has booked in for one (a reduction) ÂĢ6K !!!

Surely it should be cheaper if they are removing!

If it's not cosmetic surely she should be able to get it done on the NHS? 

I don't know the ins and out, but they are a problem for her and this should allow her to run and move better - they are quite large at the moment.
