Tonight
I went to Sainsbury's on my way home and made a super cheap meal from the following: Fresh bag of Broccoli, Cauliflower and Carrot (30p), Singapore Noodles (35p), some left over mushrooms, bought some chicken thighs (ÂĢ2.00) and a bottle of Lloyd Grossman Bhuna sauce (ÂĢ1).
Still got half a bottle of sauce, chicken thighs and half a pack of veg for tomorrows meal which I will do with rice.
That my friends is my signature dish for today.
Ellie is doing well. 
Sprout!.....ask Damesie if she has an old one she can try?....Mr KT says the mouse has probs died.....try the right click and if that works you can swap them over in the settings.....otherwise buy a new one from Asda or Wilko for a fiver

Forgot to say - pudding was a pack of 5 oatmeal and raisin cookies (50p) of which I have had three. 
Yesterday Arnaud struggled in the Michelin gaff challenge and won the studio cook off....so it's meaningless
Marcus just said 'bloody hell' at a plate of food.
Went awol...was asking Mr KT about Dame's mouse..........he also said make sure the mouse is plugged in properly at the back, but that that is the really obvious solution
