Times of episodes for this week are the same as the first week other than the Tuesday episode at at 9pm rather than 8pm so no better for you.
The following week is worse as there are episodes on Monday and Tuesday at 9pm so only the Thursday episode works for you as that's at 8pm. The reason for there being no episode on Friday is because that's when the BBC has its Children in Need evening.

Thanks El …but I think you mean the Tuesday episode is at 9 o’clock .

Recap of yesterday's episode.
Two went through this time. In the skills test, Jordan was the best of the four and Steve was very poor. In the second part, Gail was the best. That was even though part of her dessert had to be discarded when Marcus told her to as he noticed that the plastic film had melted on to it. Steve didn't do that well in that round. Mistakes were made by both Jordan and Kirsty, but because of his skills test, it was Kirsty who was the other leaver (Steve obviously being the first to leave).
Jordan, who is 20, is classically trained in both British and French cuisine with a Jamaican background, Gail is from Shanghai, she trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, now works in a Japanese restaurant in London and wants to show the depths of Chinese  food culture.
