Similar format to last night's episode for the other 4 sem-finalists. If you were watching the trailer at the end last night, you may have spotted a dim sum bamboo basket so no surprise that the visiting chef is Chinese - Andrew Wong whose restaurant is in London. Dim sum is one of the recipes he demonstrates, the other is crispy chilli beef.
