I never use salt, have not done so for decades, but I do like pepper.

I only use it in cooking and I don't buy precooked meals which have loads more salt in than I use, I always cook fresh

Four of the remaining eight in action tonight. Michelin-starred chef Aktar Islam (Opheem in Birmingham) demonstrates two of his Indian dishes based on potato and pork. The chefs then select the ingredients they wamt to use to create dishes based on his teachings. The best chef goes straight through to next week's finals. The other three have to cook a two course signature meal, One of the three goes.
