The four chefs have the invention test to start with, this time a dish inspired by the seaside so based on fish or shellfish. Also a selection of vegetables. BBC site doesn't mention seaweed so I don't know if that's an option.
Then they cook for the critics, this time Grace Dent and Tom Parker Bowles.

We assume they won't be going out of the Masterchef kitchens - these rounds are the same format as previous series, it's the later rounds when they've gone elsewhere. The Celebrity version is different as there they have gone elswehere at a much earlier stage.
