First quarter-final tonight. Starts off with an invention test based on the theme of spices. Then the four chefs cook a two course menu for two food critics who you saw at the end of yesterday's episode - Jimi Famurewa and William Sitwell. Three of the four go through to the next stage which the BBC site says are the semi-finals.
