Semi-finals week. Two challenges tonight for the eight chefs. First is to create a dish inspired by the people or place that really triggered them to become chefs. Those which inspire the judges go straight through, The others have to cook again - an invention dish which has to be plant based - there's no meat, fish, or dairy in the larder. Two of the eight go home.
