Bumping for tonight's episode

A busy episode. The four chefs have to create a dish inspired by a place that is special to the. One of them leaves at this stage.

Then the three are off to Lisbon to Belcanto restaurant run by Jose Avillez. Very similar to the semi-final rounds last week with Avillez giving them a demonstration, they have to create a dish for him to taste, and then they have to each create two dishes for the restaurant diners.
