By the way, there's a new series starting at 9 pm on BBC 2 on the 5th - "Rick Stein's Secret France" a 6 part series where he takes a culinary tour starting in Dieppe.

Monica's is tagliatelle with a lamb ragu.
As in previous series 3 of tonight's 6 chefs go out.
Later in the series, the remaining chefs will be in a 2 episode challenge which is new
