First episode tonight of sem-finals week.

The 8 remaining chefs have to cook a dish dedicated to someone who inspired them, either a professional from their career, a family member or a loved one.

The judges will then decide which chefs go straight through to tomorrow. BBC blurb is a bit confused - in one part it suggests two but if Gregg is involved could be three.

The other chefs then need to face an invention test to celebrate the fresh and light ingredients available which won't have any meat or fish. The best of them go through to tomorrow but the other two will leave the competition.
