That counts me out....I made a right hash of mine, but it was the first thing I ever made for myself

Me too.  And I did the same as Baz and burnt myself more times that I care to remember.

Those crispy noodles did for me

Don't Michelle listen !

don't be silly - it wasn't dipped in batter and deep fried.

I thought that was an urban myth. The fella is doing fish next and no batter in sight

It is and it isn't.... they deep fry pizza slices in batter in the chip shops up here.

Didnt like the Chow Mein, but loved the Crispy Noodles with soy sauce. Never had trouble with them.

OMG I can't imagine what that is like. When I pop up will you direct me to an establishment of repute where I can try this enticing delicacy?

That is just so wrong!

I haven't tried it.    My old school friend has lived all her adult life in England and she took her son to a chippie when they were up visiting and he asked for pizza.   cue tugging on her sleeve saying 'Mum.. mum.. what's he put it in that white stuff for?'   She said 'Get used to it son, this is your heritage..'

Let me know; I need to witness this atrocity!

I feel a coach trip coming on. Need to see when Kaffy is free.
