yes ....the best I ever had were stone crab claws in the Southern USA .....they were to die for

Yes , thats right .....I think I ate most of mine on its own .....once I had managed to crack the claws !

I prefer less faffing with all shellfish/seafood.

Can't do thermidor, Baz - it's a faff too far and gilds the lily (imo).
