I think he means the academic type ....you know college etc.

 

the academic stuff to me isn't that important Baz...it's hands on and a good few of those who entered masterchef  have had no academic training

I know that Fluffy, but he has been trained...dunno why he said it, makes no odds. He's still served his time

I passed on the blood  never actually had lamb with apricots before. 

I did it once.....I had fruit that needed using up, so shoved it on the plate and it was nice......mind you, if it had been plums I'd have given those a go too
