I hope Jane wins tonight as she's the contestant who has improved most during this series. I think Jack has been the most consistent good chef (with fewer bad days). Billy can do exceptional dishes but this time they have to prepare 3 courses and he could struggle to do 3 outstanding courses.

I will go with that analysis .....except I think Billy burnt out a couple of rounds ago
Just done/doing the catch up before tonight's show. That Billy does live a charmed life. I thought that mound of tater and melted cheese looked appalling and I would have outed him at this stage.
I'm so fed up of them doing these pieces to camera about "how there is no hiding place", "we must do his food justice" or "I'm first up and it's got to be right".
Man, at this stage I'm hoping they stuff up royally.
Billy's potato rings were not as high as the chef's.

Of the three Billy seems to have been a shade behind the other two in terms of 'construction' - I can't say on flavour.
As for the other dish with fish eggs I never had and never will eat fish eggs.
