Bumping for tonight
First part is the four contestants creating their interpretation of a classic dish. One of the four leaves at the end.
Second part has the final three going off to Le Gavroche, hosted by Michel Roux, Jr for the Chef's Table to cook some of Le Gavroche's dishes for some of the best chefs in the country - that's where we get to see Monica Galetti. Also there are MasterChef: The Professionals champion 2009 Steve Groves and Michelâs daughter Emily Roux.
Nice to see that the Roux dynasty is continuing. Michel Jr's father was Albert who died in January, and his late uncle was Michel. Emily runs CaractÃĻre in Notting Hill with her husband Diego Ferrari.

Thanks El I like Michel Roux .....I preferred it when he was the host in Masterchef ....rather than John Torode !
