Bumping for tonight

Another challenge not at the Masterchef kitchens. In the first challenge of the finals, the five cooks face their most daunting challenge yet: cooking a five-course lunch at the resplendent Plaisterers Hall in the City of London. They are cooking for 20 lockdown food heroes - members of the hospitality sector who, during the first lockdown of the pandemic, delivered thousands of meals to frontline workers and those most in need. One of those is Adam Handling who has appeared in quite a number of cooking programmes. Adam is someone I recognise immediately as he reminds me of someone I used to work with many years ago. The contestants serve a dish of their own creation.

Then back to the Mastechef kitchens to create one plate of food inspired by someone they admire. One of the five goes.
