The six must cook off to decide which five go through to next week's finals. They must each cook an outstanding dish to win over Grace Dent (3rd appearance this series), Jay Rayner (2nd appearance) and Jimi Famurewa besides Gregg and John.

By the way, in case any of you were wondering, Monica Galleti, who has been glimpsed in some of the intros, is in next Thursday's episode.
