5 of the 10 contestants who have got through to this stage are in tonight's episode.
They start by cooking a dish that they would like to have on their menu if they had their own restaurant or in their cookbook.
There's a guest judge - Anna Haugh (she ha a restaurant in Chelsea called Myrtle Restaurant , has been on Ready, Steady, Cook).
2 of the 5 leave at this stage.

Then the other 3 go to south London to Trivet run by Jonny Lake for a busy lunch service. They can't cook for the paying public, they are cooking for the restaurant's staff.. No one leaves at the end of this.
