Tonight the four finalists will be mentored by Albert Adria, the world's greatest pastry chef/ Eacj of them will have to recreate two of his creations for a table of world-class pastry experts.

Then they have to create one exceptional dish for John and Gregg. One of them misses out on tomorrow's final (a reminder that one is 19.30 to 20.30).

Treasure tonight's and tomorrow's episodes and also the remaining episodes of Great British Menu as it could be a long time before there's any new series of cooking competitions. The only one which may be in the pipeline is Channel 4's Bake Off - the Professionals. That was due to be filmed in February/March - I don't know if that was completed.
