The four are off to Mauritius for tonight's episode.

 

Starts in Mahebourg, a fishing port, with two teams of two cooking street food for local fishermen. They will be monitored by chef Moroogun Coopen.

 

Then off to the capital, Port Louis, working at Labourdonnais, a hotel famed for being at the forefront of Mauritian gastronomy, run by executive chef Peeroo Nizam,

 

Then creating an exceptional dinner for those two chefs and other leading figures in Mauritius’s food and cultural community,

 

None of the four leave tonight.
