Cough/sneeze into a tissue and bin it, but then the germs are hanging around the bin, so cough/sneeze into toilet tissue and immediately flush it away! You'll need lots of toilet paper!

Or just bin it and chuck some dettol in the bin and close lid

hard to describe..the way I do it is a bit smokey...the texture should be melty
