For today's contestants, after the signature dish round, the Three Ingredients Challenge is to use potato chips, anchovies and custard, oops , pork tenderloin, butternut squash and cavolo nero.

There is a dish which is anchovy toast with parmesan custard so my 3 ingredients aren't as crazy as they might seem
