i don't remember him Baz - I've not watched every series.   I do remember one really nervous guy in the past couple of years... beardy bloke, from the north.. shook like a leaf - don't think he won though.. think he was in claire's year.

They must have some idea of who is ordering what, otherwise one person might get through  without anyone wanting their food

It sort of defeats the object a bit ordering food without one of the ingredients!
