Did I ever tell you I hate rabbit....but my mum made us eat it anyway?

Never occurred to me at the time (primary school kid) that maybe we were that poor, and rabbit was cheap and did provide a fair amount of eating.

I like them with shavings of pickle onions (in malt vinegar) on them
