The goat's cheese wellington sounds nice 'though but. Do they put the wild mushroom sauce between the cheese and pastry or something else? (Got a great hunk of goat's cheese in the freezer, might do that tomorrow night)

I agree they seem way out of their depth

It annoys me a bit that with MC or Prof MC  the judges don't seem to take a lot of notice of how well (or not) they do in the restaurant kitchens...
