The contestants who produce something with goat or sheep cheese are always the winners in my book. Imagine! if you are being paid for at the Magpie and are surrounded by punters eating scallops, bivalves, n Crustacea, goats cheese Wellington with a wild mushroom sauce can be a lifesaver.

Kaffy, the intro showed John and Greig tasting the food in the auditions. I'm not sure if the auditions were televised though.
Baz, they were FANTASTIC! YOU must watch, They had me a bit teary along with the contestants.

* pops back in to say * Just watched and think that they chose the right ones ... Although I don't think Eamon and the girl who was in the last two will go much further . I thought Akin' s was very good but agree she could become annoying I liked the plasterer and I also think Shiera(spel) could turn out to be quite good . Now that we have all seen it........ Was it just us who noticed that they were playing it for laughs? The two blokes are really very dry aren't they? Maybe we shouldn't 't have watched it after the second part of Borgen on catchup.
As for the meals, I can't remember a single one that appealed. Hopefully some better contestants to come.
Masterchef and CBB are on at the same time tonight, We could watch MC and get CBB on +1, but I think I'll watch the live BB stuff and record MC for later. So I wont be looking at this thread after 9 tonight andnot until I've seen the programme.
