Yeah i was teary throughout last night, was funny first couple of eppy's then last week (also very touching) lilly got the news. I enjoyed it though, thought it was very well written and acted.

me too Just not what I was expecting... especially after the first couple of episodes. I really liked Lilly's character too

Just found this - I have been watching - it has grown each episode I think. Good cast.
I was crying my eyes out last Monday - it was very well done.
One more to go this week!

Love it, missed last weeks which I kinda pleased I did truth be told. Can't wait for the next batch.

I lost my best friend 8 years ago. Her sons were aged 9 and 12. When she found out she was terminally ill she told me that she really wanted me to ensure that her boys knew who she was. That scene in the bathroom bought a tear to my eye.
I've really tried to keep my promise but time and distance doesn't make it easy .......we're still in contact (but not regular) I guess they know where I am if they need me.

It was brilliantly done. You could watch it on itv player!

I liked this series too. .tho  the last programme was a bit of a let down at the end.. I feel something was missing... tho I am a sucker for a happy ending so maybe that's what was missing. .they made it too much like real life I suppose. 

I felt so too... I thought too many loose ends were not tied up. Why did Abby storm off, was it really that big a deal?

I think they ended it like that so it's wide open for a 2nd series maybe?

Thing is Lucy Davies was one of the best characters in it so it won't be that same if there is another series
