Mario says something the other day about housemates will now raise their games

Show a darker side.

In Sam and Dave I think we are seeing clear evidence of Mario's prediction. This is day 3 of the puppet and the puppet master stealing people's belongings with the express intention of causing the victims to lose their temper (or "pop" to use Dave's terminology), and there by show themselves up to the viewers. The objective of the puppet master is for the victims to lose support by reacting to these "pranks".
