She actually looks a bit like my godmother who died a few years ago...
But they're special. They have different needs to the rest of us that we can't understand because we're all fick innit.
There are 600 MPs probably all parties have been doing it for years and years
They cant even look after the pensioners in this country they get paid a pittance always have done, and these MPS are spending all our money wily nilly on themselves
God, I never thought I'd agree with anything said by the Telegraph, but I do in this case.
I'd rather bite off my own arm than vote Tory but I have to admit they seem to be dealing with this issue much better than the others.

Coughs. Could NEVER vote Tory or read the Telegraph! I'm a confirmed Guardian reading libral leftie and proud of it! But I do think that Labour are failing to understand public opinion on this issue and Cameron, much as I loathe him, is coping better and making some strong decisions.

Elections are coming up QOTHT, can you remember what they were like in the 80s? Don't get drawn in by the Tories.

I certainly can remember. I could never vote Tory anymore than I could vote for the BNP. Trouble is, they ARE presenting themselves much better than Labour at the moment. Labour seem to be constantly dithering and back peddling, I don't think the party has done well under Brown at all. I can't bear Cameron, but he is much more publicly aware than Brown. He's responsive and decisive and he's managed to unite the Tories as well as Brown has managed to divide Labour. The Lib Dems are just, well, who knows? I think there is a strong possibility that the Tories will get in and that'll be a disaster for the country IMO.

The Tories will get in, there's no doubt about it now, unless Gordon and his 'moral compass' can do a miracle. I know what you mean about Cameron, it shouldn't be about people, but unfortunately, it is.
PS. I'm a socialist btw.

Depressing isn't it. I mean the political situation, not being a socialist btw.
I am one of these people who drift from party to party. Voted for Maggie after the winter of discontent in 79 and again in 83. Switched to Libs after that then Good ole Tony. Then went back to Tories last time.
Nothing I have seen lately will make me switch except to UKIP as a protest for the euro's.

I'm in the same boat, but since we are in such revolutionary times, having MPs being shouted down, vandalism against their houses etc. I think it's now time to go the whole way.
Let's have everything out in the open. If the populace are annoyed at the few million involved in this case then imagine how balistic they are going to be when they discover the truth about tax avoidance in this country. Let's have 'em all named and shamed, and made to pay up, and the consultancies shut down.
If they say they will leave the country let them go. There are plenty of honest and hard working people who will fill the void.
Me for example.

Undecided which way I'm going to vote yet!!! Though, Labour were voted in as for that very reason, people had lost confidence in the Tories....now we have lost confidence in Labour with all their lies & spin....sure is going to be a difficult one.....
