Nothing to do with IQ. It's to do with how you handle feedback and emotion.

I agree that it's nothing to do with IQ but it is to do with intelligence. Lisa has low emotional intelligence and doesn't have the understanding to comprehend perspective or the articulatory skills to deal with disagreements.

She obviously isn't used to being stood up to and didn't know how to handle it.

It's not even someone standing up to her, though. She just refuses to listen to anyone who presents an opinion which is different to her own. I really don't know what she hopes to achieve by that - it's not like she was presenting her thoughts in a way which was likely to change anyone's mind.

Spot on.

It showed that Lisa obviously cannot cope with being stood up to, and had no idea how to handle it. So she reverted to being a child and made a holy show of herself.
