I'm not surprised. It's a bit of an unfair task, as it would have taken him years to have grown it, even if we don't like it!

It's not like Siavash's task. Once he gets out he can become himself again. Marcus would take years to get back his <cough> look.

I think BB was totally out of order asking him to do that, and I`m pleased he refused.

Take away clothes and privilages(sp) by all means, after all, they are only going to be in there for just over a week now. (whoever stays till the end that is)

But they shouldn`t be asked to do anything to their bodies, (including hair).

I'm sure any of the housemates would have agreed to wear daft clothes for another 10 days, but once Siavash is out of the house, he will have his own clothes again. If Marcus had agreed to cut his hair, it would change his entire appearance for several years. There isn't any comparison.

And for the record, I like Marcus and Siavash equally - they have been my joint favourites since Angel left.

the hardship is obvious!!! he has to wear this outfit for as long as he is in the house!! he has to leave in this outfit... (which no one in the house would do)

On this point I would not. There is a limit to what I call entertainment, and a producer trying to blackmail anybody into dratiscally altering their appearance for any length of time is out of order.

Marcus is badly balding on the back of his head, although he uses his mullet to disguise this, but sometimes when he's walking in and out of the Diary Room you can see the light reflecting off his bald patch.

I believe this is why he refuses to lose the silly haircut.

Being offered £15,000 wouldn't make me even consider cutting my hair for a minute. I think your hair is part of your personality, and it must have taken Marcus many years to grow his hair to that length. It's very unfair to have asked him to cut it.
