I can still not figure out if Marcus is joking or not, whereas Sree is definitely a creep so Sree still edges it.

Watching Marcus last night, was cringeworthy as was watching Sree's face and reaction. If I was Noirin, I would have told Marcus to go and take a cold shower, preferably Outer Mongolia.

He is definitely showing signs of obsessive behaviour. What Lisa should have said to him in the garden, instead of comforting him, was to be brutally honest with him and get him told. Although, he probably wouldn't have listened as he doesn't seem to listen to anyone except his own voice.

Marcus isn't "perfect" but he still hasn't shown the level of deception and allround creepiness Sree has shown. "Most" women expressing their discomfort and showing their disapproval of this despicable creep, is evidence enough.

Yes I agree, Marcus was having a laugh, and for the first time in the house Noirin was just messing and having a giggle without Sree attached like a limpet. I like Marcus more and more, he's hirarious.
Sree, on the other hand, is obsessed, jealouys, controlling and manipulative. I was shouting unladylike words at the telly when he went into the kitchen and asked Lisa to 'save' Noirin. The man's a stalker and nowt else.

Marcus definately oversteps the mark at times but I feel that what we are seeing in there is an exaggerated version of him. He hinted at this with Noirin in the hl show where he said he was more of a gentleman outside the house.

Yep not feeling him either, and I think over the weeks his overbearing bullying tactics will come more to the fore...Put it this way we have'nt seen the worst of him yet. I actually thought when he stood up to Lisa, he would be ok, but the more I watch this guy, the more I dislike him.

Ooooh, that remark to Sophie was definitely cutting wasn't it? It's obvious he sees her as a vacuous barbie doll type with nothing between her ears whereas Noirin has more depth to her.
I do agree that he sees Noirin as more of a soul mate and 'up for a laugh'. She does appear more comfortable in the company of men and can handle herself well with the sexual banter which she doesn't appear to take seriously.
It's definitely winding up Sree though as he immediately went to Lisa and asked her to intervene and then cried (without tears) into her chest bewailing his lot!!
