She was enjoying everything Marcus was saying to her last night, boosting her ego by telling her all the men in the house loved her. He was acting sleazy and weird and she was lapping it up.

I get your points Selina, but I think Noirin is playing her own game to survive(nothing wrong with that) The problem she has, is keeping a foot in both camps and that will see her come a cropper sooner or later
