What a geek he is. He must have it on DVD, cause I bloody can just barely remember it.
It's a book and a TV prog from the early eighties. The Diary of Adrian Mole aged 12 and a half .......somehow I'm not surprised that Marcus loves it and takes it as gospel.
I think he moulds himself on Adrian Mole not wolverine at all.

How old are you Spidermonkey? Books around in 80s, think it was a tv series too.
'secret diary of Adrian Mole, aged 13 and half' or something like that. Was a book I think - might have been on telly too. Have heard of it, but was never sad enough to watch/read it
Sorry I meant to say it was a tv programme from about 82 83 ish.

But Marcus is still interested in dolls ..........he has boxes of them ........never moved on.
Another classic Marcus line. People just keep on talking about him and creating threads about him.

It might even have been aged 13 and 3/4's lol, I read it at that age and it was funny as owt when I was aged 13 and a bit (It was like an olden day version of The Inbetweeners), but I certainly can't remember the Natterjack toad

Extremely famous best selling book from the 80s that was eventually made into a TV series. The Adrian Mole character became a household name at the time and anyone old enough to be aware of popular culture in the 80s must have heard of it.
