Marcus had a one to one chat with Angel, he pointed out to her the sort of thing that could have had her nominated. For example asking the girls to take part in her exercise sessions by telling them they are fat or look pregnant, taking Noirin’s hair brush or Siavash’s picture etc. He then told others what he had discussed with her because he was asked what was he saying to Angel; I can’t see why was it wrong that he told others what they talked about.
