Last night he was smiling quite a bit when Rodrigo and Charlie came out. They wouldn't have even come out if he wasn't out already. Everyone else had already gone to bed. He was making up some kind of game for himself where he was trying to work out where he was going with the blanket over his head.

In the last HLs they tried to make it look like he wasn't speaking but he had quite a few long conversations such as with Sophie and Bea.

Correction - He was entertaining.

Now he's just a mute wrapped up in a wanket.

He was very supportive of Sophie saying that she should wait till the outside before she decides anything about Kris and not to worry. He can be quite caring.

He isn't mute at all, that's just what Endemol want you to think with their editing. I think there has been more good conversation with Marcus than Siavash this series(who doesn't often say anything much but just meanders).

Don't agree, he is very underhanded, he is massively deluded, has a very sinister side to him.
I find him to have incredible double standards, for example, one of his reasons for nominating Noirin is because she was quick to judge hira! but he wasn't about Tom??? ..
He is constantly calling Noirin names saying she is stupid for what she says, does and thinks! whether he thinks that or not, why go to all the HM's saying that!
Tom was right, you don't taalk about your best friends like that and he was doing that when he proclaimed they were best friends.

All in all out of the two of them I find him far more offensive! Mad

Hmmmmmmmmm ......somehow I doubt it. laying around sulking and snarling isn't my idea of great TV.

Err, no. My description of him is correct.

He prefers to sulk in the seating area while the rest of the hm's chat in the other room.

He used to interact much, much more. Now he prefers to sulk like a big baby because he couldn't get the girl.

It's boring.

To call Marcus 'sinister' is just a ridiculous exaggeration. Even Bea says he is 'a big softie'.

Marcus has had to defend Noirin in the house, her behviour at times has been despicable. The only way to try and defend her properly is to try and acknowledge her faults as well. The only way to get her to act better in there is to try and get her to acknowledge her faults. Marcus has definitely been a friend. He has been loyal to her, that's why he considers Siavash's lack of loyalty to his girlfriend so bad. As for Tom...he was put in there to stir things up, Hira obviously wasn't. Two totally different situations.

Siavash seems to be sulking quite alot to me. Marcus was playing in the pool on the HLs having great fun. You just want to paint a one-sided picture.

He went on and on and on about her faults to put her down and make her dependant on him. Don't forget, Marcus is always right.

What a load of arse!

Siavash is always interacting with the hm's.

Marcus sulks in the pool for hours, in the corner by the pool for hours, or in the seating area for hours.

He used to be very entertaining, not anymore though.

Why did Siavash think he would not be played by Noirin unlike Marcus? He seems very arrogant, he thinks he is so cool Siavash but he isn't. He talked about having had hundreds of girls on the outside, I bet that is a big lie. At least Marcus is funny with some of his stories, at least he is entertaining. Marcus is sometimes too confident in his opinions, however he does come up with some perceptive comments as well. Siavash just mumbles.

Because in the game she was always messing things up. This isn't about outside reality, it was about trying to get a group together against Lisa's gang in the game. Noirin messed things up over the rabbit incident and at other times. She had no real loyalty which Marcus understood was not helping her in the house situation. Maybe that's why Noirin gravitated to Siavash as he has no real loyalty either (thus his treatment of his girlfriend).

Well if bea says it then I guess she must be right! by the way big softies can have a darker side, and he does!@!
Why did marcus take it upon himself to defend her?? she didn't need to be defended... are you talking about Sree? yes he was very nice about him wasn't he???
How was her behavior dispicable? she didn't want him to grope her?? yes again she is a bad bad girl for not falling for him!!

It was never HIS job to get HER to act a certain way, don't you see free thinking, they are all responsible for their own behavior, that includes Marcus!

Marcus was clinging on to a hope that she would eventually see sense and fall for him, he could not accept the truth, he resisted anything she said or did because he didn't like it... he was NEVER her friend, and to lie under that guise was worse then dispicable!!

Captain Cool, he shits cool, he has all these funny stories. It's not serious it's meant to be funny. He is making fun of himself. Marcus the entertainer. Now he CAN be too confident of himself on some things I agree, however so can other HMs in there. At least Marcus has some humour to go with it. Siavash has none, he is just his clothes and 'style'. Freddie can be up himself too but he is also funny though in a more unintended kind of way. You expect someone to be perfect? That would be boring anyway.

I was always laughing at him. Which was very entertaining. Now he's just a mute wrapped in a wanket. So not entertaining at all.

His stories were serious btw but i think you already know that. He was not trying to be funny he was bragging to impress Noirin and others.

And misogynist Marcus couldn't help his not so little 'dig' in DR noms, could he?
All HMs have first impressions and say things about new HMs, but he had to make sure the viewers got her opinion. And what's to say her idea of Sophie wasn't weeks ago? but he had to throw that one in as well!
Now we have the slimeball Beatch mixing it up to him and with him, her being the instigator of Noirins confession to Marcus. Have you actually heard Noirin or Siavash slating Marcus or Bea? No, she trusts them as friends and goes to them for advice.

Tosser and slime Sick
F
Even up to last week I would have hated to see Marcus go as, for all his myriad faults, he had fought the good fight against Lisa, had nurtured a band of buddies who brought an air of positivity to the house and his guerilla war against BB looked like it could be fun.
Now he shows all the hallmarks of a caged animal in a zoo and it's quite painful to watch. Maybe, for his own sake, it's time he went home.
