Jedward going in was proof enough that the producer's see the viewing demographic has changed....and I post alot on TiBB, it's full of teenagers, and their posts are always extreme and full of hormonal angst (not too disimilar to here at times but at least here we have age and experience on our side)

OK. This is my perspective on this all, irrespective of all the speculation about what may or may not have occurred.

a) As a lawyer, and close friend, Marco would know better than anyone that announcing Nadia's predicament, particularly on a forum,  would prejudice beyond prosecution any legal action that could be taken. He would also have at least had in mind any lucrative earnings she could have made by selling her 'story' to the tabloids.

b) Endemol would already have prepared a statement to refute any potential legal challenge to their behaviour towards Nadia that they know would surface eventually upon her eviction.

When ex Hms sign up to digi spy their accounts are checked and verified, they then have BB5 or BB3 or whatever added under their username.  Members cannot add anything under their username, it has to be done by DS staff and only after being fully checked that they are who they say they are.

Marco is a joke so Im not bothered what he says, Makosi never said Coolio said anything transphobic,  Ulrika and Brian haven't said as much either.
