Anyone ever booked with them? I've read so many different reviews that I am unsure whether or not to give it a go. When they're good they're good but when they're bad you're left without a hotel in a strange country and pretty shit customer services by the looks of things. The prices are pretty good though so I am tempted to chance it.

I'm not taking my kids out of school for a holiday this one is ADULTS ONLY *elated smiley* as we both turn 30 this year and want to have a break away on our own as it's something we've never done.

I usually only book with Thomas Cook because I'm a bit of a nervous traveller and like to make sure everything is all included which, when you book with TC, usually is.

I'm a big girl now though so I'd like to be brave enough to try a DIY holiday.
