Pick it up with a trowel and throw it into their garden. It's what we do with next door's cat poo. Mind you ... once it landed on top of their garden shed, they must have wondered what the hell got into their cat!!

I used to do that with snails that had found their way under the fence  doesn't happen as much now though

My mum smashes snails really hard on the patio so that there shells smash and the birds can get at them

I think they are baby-sitting this dog for one of their kids but there is no way the neighbour didn't witness this as he only takes it out for a walk.

I have removed it.

Don't want to be shovelling once the snow thaws. I was able to shovell under it as it were.
