I was told that I had been sent a confirmation email so I could access the forum - I hadn'r been sent one so asked for another, then another, then another - nothing, then, like buses, about 6 came all at once!!

when i click on Livecloud then it says update account, i put in password that THEY verified, they then tell me its not the right password????
