I have just watched the "live" programme on E4.
I think it was probably the dullest, most boring, tedious, mundane, uninteresting, trivial, groan-inducing, non-event of a programme I have ever seen.

Glad I missed it then! Its always a bit hit and miss, either deathly dull or full of interesting bits that highlights seldom show!
