He DID. He said he had a girlfriend, then when Marcus was in jail he went behind his back and jumped into bed with her to satisfy a bit of lust (he never really had much of a friendship with Noirin). Then he continued doing that the next few nights knowing the hurt he was putting on Marcus. Meanwhile in the daytime Noirin and Siavash tried to look better on TV by trying to talk to Marcus and moping around him looking sad.

Edit: I see you said 'before', while there may well have been something but of course we don't have live feed and I don't remember everything going right back either. Siavash has certainly not had the trust of some people in the house because of how he was a floater and his way of speaking.
