So, Emma just announced a really rather spectacular twist after Jackie's eviction, eh? Sam and Sophie have been chosen, in a very tense minute, to enter the Safe House.

The housemates think they have granted Sam and Sophie immunity but, of course, this is a big fat fib: they are actually up for the public vote for next week's eviction.

And that's not all, oh no. On Monday, Big Brother will let Sam and Sophie grant Safe House access and privileges to one housemate of their choosing.

And that housemate will also be told they're safe from eviction. But they will also be up for the public vote!

It could be anyone! Make sure you don't miss Monday's show, when we will go live to the House to see who Sam and Sophie condemn to nomination with their kindness.

Yeah: bit nasty that.

I can't help feeling that Sophie in particular was stitched-up by BB there. Even before Charlie spoke out, I'd have put money on them putting Sophie in simply because she's the only female left who hasn't been in there yet...

Definitely....and Sam too, there was no way either them would have been up  otherwise and both would have coasted their way to the final in all of their snooziness...sometimes the twists are not a bad thing

Yeah: pretty much. IIRC they've had Tashie on before, and I suspect Mark's still a "possible", but pretty much all the others are either persona non grata or else want nothing more to do with BB.

TBF though, Tom was always hugely popular with BB/Endemol...

I changed housemate to guy as Tashie crossed my mind. Alex was at the BOTS studio with Tom during the eviction of Caroline last year but not as a panellist.

Yeah, it HAD to be HM's who'd not been in the SH - so that was Gina and Dexter (and Hazel) out of the running straight away.

Then, if you discount those who were up for eviction this week...you've pretty much engineered who will go in.

Just listening to Emma and Rylan criticizing "Charlie's" choice, and I really don't get their logic at all. Sophie was virtually guaranteed to be chosen, and once you've decided on her, it's got to be the Twins or (now they've made up) Sam. The Twins were just up for eviction, so...

I wasn't too keen on the way they accepted the chose, if I'm honest. Sophie and Sam have both admitted they aren't keen on each other but Sophie in particular was asked if she was ok with being in the SH with Sam, she said she'd go with anyone.... bit too quick for my liking. I'm glad those two are in there, no one would nominate them.

I quite like that twist - they are both boringly coasting their way to the final, best to get shot

I'm with you Rexi, I'd maybe feel differently if either of them were particularly nice people, but they're not

totally agree - both wallpaper - would never have been up for eviction - so master stroke by BB - they would have put Gina and Dexter up against each other

I can't imagine Alex turning up on the panel as I believe she's a bit *ahem* unpopular with BB - probably for leading them up the garden path during the show. I mean to say: they even warned Aaron off her, and the BB producers had a huge problem withAaron..

I didn't watch the first CH5 civilian season but have ready plenty about it and kinda wish now that I had dipped in, at least. Can you expand on Aaron warned off?
